First time racers
Positive: It's location is very close to train station only about 10 min on the flat walk, and we went for formal 1 races and shuttle bus pick up was onlyb3 min walk away, again all on the flat. We also were allowed leave our luggage there for a few hours until our train.
Negative: I would find it hard to find something i didn't like but maybe not suitable for small kids, and on arrival day and departure 5 flights of stairs if you have heavy luggage isn't fun.
