Positive: Appartement propre, spacieux et lumineux. Très bien placé. Tamway à proximité. Chambre calme et agréable. Possibilité de louer une place de parking pour le vehicule à proximité.
Negative: Cet appartement convient à un couple valide de 2 personnes, pas plus. En effet:
Escalier trop abrupt et étroit. Pièce de vie bruyante car bars restaurants en dessous et aucune isolation des fenêtres. Lit convertible de la.piece de vie inconfortable.
